Frequently Asked Questions About The Halo Premium Hair Collection

 

  • Each bundle is about 3.5 oz.

  • 2-5, depending on length and volume desired.

  • All of our Elite and Luxury hair comes in its natural color of #1b/2 (natural black/dark brown). If you want to have hair colored, you can contact our customer service team and we will arrange that for you.

  • The Luxury Line will last up to one year and our Elite (raw) Line will last up to three years when properly stored and maintained.

  • We import our Halo Premium Hair Collection from various places around the globe. These exotic locations offer different textures and varying qualities. We purchase hair directly from the source.

  • Yes. We STRONGLY recommend that you contact a professional stylist when coloring your Extensions.

  • Our Elite (raw) natural hair is cut from one donor has not been treated with any type of color or other chemicals. Our Luxury (Virgin) hair in some cases has been steamed and/or processed to alter texture.
