What is your return/exchange policy?

Exchanges & Refunds

We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within the last 7 calendar days of receipt if the desired product received is not satisfactory. Exchanges are granted for a product of equal or greater value.  To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the original packaging and in resale condition with the original receipt.

Chemically Treated Hair

Once the hair has been unpackaged and processed or dyed in any way, we are no longer responsible for any deterioration in quality or satisfaction. Due to the product no longer being in its original condition as received by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal and AfterPay.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping is handled by UPS/USPS. All orders are sent within 3-5 days after receipt of confirmed payment. Typical expectation for delivery is within 7-10 business days. 

Once hair has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status of your shipment.

If you have special requirements of your orders, please leave us a message in the "Special Instructions" or "Order Comments" section so that we may address your request.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been processed.

Notice:

  1. If you want to change your shipping address, please call (443-618-4099) or use the contact form on the home page for assistance immediately. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please do not forget to send us the telephone number of the receiver.

  2. For the interests of both parties, customers can refuse to sign for the package which is damaged when received. The shipping express will be responsible.

How many ounces is each bundle?

Each bundle is about 3.5 oz. 

How many bundles does it take to do a full head?

2-5, depending on length and volume desired.

What colors are your Extensions available in?

All of our Elite and Luxury hair comes in its natural color of #1b/2 (natural black/dark brown). If you want to have hair colored, you can contact our customer service and we will arrange that for you.

How long will my Halo Premium hair last?

The Luxury Line will last up to one year and our Elite (raw) Line will last up to three years when properly stored and maintained.

Where does your virgin hair come from?

We import our Halo Premium Hair Collection from various places around the globe. These exotic locations offer different textures and varying qualities. We purchase hair directly from the source. 

Can I color/lighten the hair?

Yes. We STRONGLY recommend that you contact a professional stylist when coloring your Extensions.

What is the difference between your Elite (Raw) hair and your Luxury (Virgin) hair?

Our Elite (raw) natural hair is cut from one donor has not been treated with any type of  color or other chemicals. Our Luxury (Virgin) hair in some cases has been steamed and/or processed to alter texture.

How do I order?

You can order on our site or email. 

Is my credit card and personal information secure?

Absolutely, Yes. When you register, you just provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). All payments are sent via a secure payment gateway. We use this information for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We won't provide your information for any third party.
